Ingredients
2 cups Fairlife chocolate milk (or your fave high-protein milk)
Optional but AWESOME:
1/4 tsp xanthan gum for creamy texture
OR
1/3 cup cottage cheese + 1 tbsp cocoa powder for ultra-smooth vibes
Instructions

Pour chocolate milk (and optional ingredients if using) into a Ninja Creami pint container.

Freeze for 8–24 hours (at least 8 hours if milk is chilled first).

Spin in Ninja Creami on Light Ice Cream mode.

If it’s crumbly after 1st spin, add 2–3 tbsp more milk and re-spin.

For best texture, scrape down the edges between spins.

Optional texture hack: blend with xanthan gum or cottage cheese before freezing.
